“Building this website was our first project to really emphasize events, a calendar,” says Sol. “Rather than just listing dates in a chronological list, we were forced to push the envelope and create multiple views, tool tips, search filters, etc. so that movie goers can quickly find screenings and classes in a simple-to-use website interface.”

SFFS is the organization that oversees the annual San Francisco’s International Film Festival. “We went to the screening of ‘Moon’ -- an outstanding show at the Castro Theatre... Each person at TheSpider got to see at least one film during the festival."
